Here is my second project for the Artisan Design Team! I love how easy it is to make a cute little tag with this Friendship reserves Set and Window Frames Collection Framelits! 
I used Island Indigo, Pumpkin Pie, and Soft Suede. Then Added a little crystal effects to make it pop!
