Christmas Cards Parks and Rec

So this time around I have changed up my Parks and Rec classes.  Due to having so much on my plate I needed to simplify things a bit.  This was also a request of some of my regulars so it seemed to be the best fit.  Instead of doing four weeks of three cards, we are doing three weeks of four cards.  And instead of three different cards each week, we are doing two different cards and they make two of each...this way they can send one and keep one if they would like!
The first card we did this round was with the Snowflake Soiree Set and Greetings of the Season Set.  I think these are two of my favorites from the Holiday Catalog!  We stamped the images in Craft Whisper White and Early Espresso on Crumb Cake.  Added some gens and shimmer paint for a little sparkle!  Be sure to come back tomorrow to see the second card we made!

Happy Birthday Card

Here is another card we did at cards and cocktails this month.  This one was fun, lots of elements and very eclectic.
The Happy Birthday image from the single stamp Beautiful Birthday.  We embossed the words in Cherry Cobbler and stamped the distressed dots in pool party.  Everything else was a punch!
Thanks for stamping in!

Ornament Card

At my last cards and cocktails class we made this ornament card.  Very clean, but still elegant.
I really love the versatility of this set- Ornament Keepsake. You can go simple and clean to over the top.  And the coordinating framelits are always great!  Thanks for stopping by!

Artisan Design Team Project November 2012

Ok so I had posted this card earlier and hated the pictures.  They were taken on a cloudy day and I got horrible results.  The weather isn't much better today but these pictures are!  So here is my second app tempt.  Still not perfect, but better.
For the poinsettia I used the Holiday Ornament framelits.  I cut out 12 of the "diamond" type shape and formed them into a flower.  Then used the small fancy ornament for the leaves.  For the center I colored three extra large and three large pearls with the gold Stampin' Dazzle Marker from the holiday mini.
I absolutely love all the sentiments from Greetings of the Season so I had to add the Merry Christmas!  Hope you like it and sorry about the re-do:)

Advanced Club 3-D

So I saw this little card set on a few blogs,I guess it was made at regionals.  It was made with a different set and much brighter colors, but the same basic idea.  I thought it was perfect for fall or even for Christmas maybe with some snowflakes!
Everyone made 3 of these note cards.  They were very simple but perfect for a small gift!
Then they wrapped them up in this velum envelope!  Tied up with a string.
Thanks for stopping in!  See you again tomorrow

Artisan Design Team Project November 2012

I love this time of year with home made gifts and fun handmade touches on packaging.  I decided this year I was going to make Candy Cane Vodka for a few of those people you just don't know what to get:)  I figured you can't go wrong with candy cane anything, especially when it goes in a martini!
Here is my close up.  I did the label in MDS2 which is perfect for projects like this.
Here is the group of them
And this is the recipe card I attached to the back.  Just a couple of great ways to serve it!  Thanks for stopping by!

So Grateful

Ok so is it just me or do we not have enough Thanksgiving type sentiments this year!  I am pulling anything that will work out of miscellanies stamp sets!
I guess that is what happens when you have to come up with over 20 cards in a month:)
So here is my So Grateful card.  I really like the layout of this card, I am pretty sure I saw something similar somewhere!  Thanks for stopping in!
