I think You're Lovely

Ok so it is a bit of a Sale-a-bration flash back.  I had planned to post it sooner but we all know I went a bit MIA.  So here it is, a a few weeks late.
I love the color combo of the Fresh Prints DSP pack.  The Real Red and Coastal Cabana are a great contrast against the Whisper White and Crumb Cake!  Hope you like it!  Thanks for stopping in.

Happy Easter!

I hope you are all having a wonderful Easter!  I love holidays and spending time with the family.  I think the kids prefer the candy to me, but still I'll take the quality time! I wanted to share a quick Easter card with you.  Perfect if you are in a pinch and headed to Easter Brunch and need an easy card.  All you need to do is run an oval frame lit through the big shot and then run it through an embossing folder. Then cut a few strips of DSP and adhere them to the back, layer that onto a card base, add a sentiment and your done!  Told you it was easy!  See you tomorrow:)

Teacher Gifts

So after the adventure I was having with the kids Easter favors I had to come up with a quick teacher gift.  I had seen something similar to this on Pinterest( of course)so I thought what the heck!
I still have and cherish my Chocolate bunny stamp, and I figured he was perfect for this gift.  Quick, easy and cute!

Bunny Tails

Oh I love my kids...and sometimes I get these great ideas of making these cute favors for them to hand out to all of their class mates.  Great idea right?  Right, until I promise this to my kids to realize that I have to have 82(that is 164 dipped marshmellows) of them done in two days, since we have spring break this week I had to have everything finished by last Friday!  And of course I started on them on Wednesday:)  Well they got done, and I guess that is all that matters!
Here is the front of the tag.  I made them in Pink Pirouette, Perfect Plum and Pear Pizazz, cut with my silhouette I used the pattern packs which I LOVE and then added a pompom for the tail.
Here is the back of the tag that I made on MDS.  then punched them out with the Scalloped Tag Topper punch.
And her is a view of some of them.  They turned out cute.  And I got lots of Thank You's!  So it was all worth it:)

Spring Banner

I love banners, I seem to always have one up on my mantel.  So I figured since it had been a while since I had made one with my clubs, I thought spring was the perfect occasion.  So here is my SPRING banner...carrots and all:)  I know this is not the greatest picture, so I took a few close ups.
Here is a bit better, gives you an idea.
And here is the carrot.  I think these are so darn cute:)  Thanks for stopping in!

Easter Tulip card

It is almost Easter and I am always excited for another holiday!  Any excuse to make little favors, cute cards and decorate the house!
Here is a card I made with my stamp clubs last month.  We used the Blessed Easter stamp and marketed it in with Calypso Coral and Pear Pizazz, then water colored the images in and topped them off with crystal effects.
Here is a closer image of the details.
Thanks for stopping in!  I'll be back tomorrow!

The party...

Ok so I know this post is a little picture happy, but bare with me:)  So here he is...my little four year old.  It is pretty crazy that he is already four!(and this picture is a little creepy)
So the kids started off with a little dress up.  Luigi hats and mustaches for the boys and Princess Peach crowns and jewels for the girls.
This was the candy buffet set up in the garage, where most of the party happened...
 And a few closer pictures...

 The cake and cupcakes.
The far away (just ignore all my stamping stuff:)
The goodie bags and star power craft station
 The decorated mirror
A shocked Zavain painting his star box
Kyan wondering what the heck we are giving him fire for:)
 Zavain blowing out his candles
Kyan figuring out what all the fuss is about!
The little man with his mustache on!
Thanks for stopping in.  The party was great.  The boys had a blast.  Somehow I forgot to take picture of the entire food set up:(  O'well, I think these give a good idea of the party!

Super Mario....

I am sure there is a bit of where the heck have you been going on in everyone minds.  I know I know, and as much as I wish I had a great excuse, it is just life.  Nothing bad, just the craziness of having four kids under 7 and everything that goes along with it:)  But I wanted to share the invites that I made for the boys birthday party earlier this month.  I may not be able to combine them forever, but I will as long as I can.  They are a month a part and for now neither one minds the combo!  So Zavian got to decide the theme (I tried to talk him into something fun like super heroes or monsters, but he was not having it)  So we settled on Super Mario Brothers...I was not thrilled, but in the end I was happy with it, and he LOVED it!
He had requested Yoshi invites....I talked him into mushrooms.  I had 22 to make and Yoshi was just a little to detailed!  He was fine with them once he saw them.  It was great party....be sure to stop by tomorrow to see some of the details!
