Baking Party invites

So Makai is turing 6 in a few weeks.  That is just crazy for me to think about!
She really wanted a baking party... it will be more like a decorating party, but she will be fine with it!
We are going to do crafts (of course), make pizzas and decorate cupcakes!  I think the kids will have a blast.  So here is the invites I came up with for her special day...
I took little rolling pins and wrapped them with the invite I created on My Digital Studio.  I loved the Domestic Goddess that S'U! used to have, and it was perfect for the party theme!
Thanks for stopping in!

One more birthday card

Here is the last card we did at my birthday party class last week.  I really love the colors on this.  Yellow is my favorite color, and starfruit is such an amazing tone of it!  I think the crumb cake, black and white really compliment it!
I used the sale-a-bration set Petal Parade and a strip of the DSP as well.
Thanks for check in!

Washi Style birthday

Ido you love Washi tape and own like 100 rolls but still never use it?  Me Too!!  Seriously that stuff is so cute, yet I hardly ever get it out and use it.  So I decided to this time:)
Here is a quick birthday card, that you could make youthful, masculine, feminine or what ever you want depending on the tap you use.  I had done a similar card to this for Halloween.  Thanks for stopping in!

Happy Happy Birthday!

Last week I decided to throw a birthday party for my self...ok it was a stamp camp, but birthday style.  Since Aaron and I have birthdays on the 7th and 9th we usually end up celebrating the day between.  That was the plan this year until EVERYONE went down with the stomach flu and I went down with a MIGRAINE!  on my birthday.  Ugh.  SO I just had my "birthday party" this week.  Here is one of the cards we made
We used the adorable Banner Blast set and it's coordinating punch that are both available now for FREE with a $50.00 purchase.  The embossing polka dot folder is also a FREE item!!  This year has such cute product for Sale-a-Bration!  Thanks for stoping by!

I Stink I love you

So first and for most, forgive the horrible pictures!  Ugh!  That will teach me to take pictures at night...or maybe teach me to wait until 6:00 pm to make my husband a Valentine:)
So here is the little stinker I made(LOL)

I carved him the other day after I got some great feedback on my little fox.  Then when I was trying to figure out what the heck to stamp for Aaron, he was sitting right there and the clever little "I stink I love you" came to mind.  I quick carved it and here it is!

Thanks for stopping in.  Come back tomorrow to see some cute birthday cards!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I know this isn't everyone favorite holiday...but I love it.  to be completely honest there are very few(I can't think of one) holidays that I can decorate or be crafty with that I don't love:)  This year I decided early on how we were going to make the kids valentines for class.  I had it all planned out, bought the candy(had the paper) Then Tuesday night came...
I knew I had to make Zavain's that night because he had no class Friday and he only attends school MWF.  That was fine, it was 15 and I could do it in no time flat. Until I read the girls class list that I had received two weeks prior.  In very bold letters it said BE SURE TO HAVE THESE TO CLASS NO LATER THEN WEDNESDAY!!!!  Ok 15 compare to 62 is a HUGE difference!!!  So I put them to work.(and simplified a little)But they were done on time!  Here is how they turned out...

These cupid hearts were what the girls did.  I got these cute pink and red sour twist and put them in the 1" cello bags stampin up! sells.  then added the triangle punch and the fringe scissors made the end.  The other side had a the to/from information on it.

And these were what Zavian gave out.  The bags are filled with Gummy Army men which were some of the cutest candy ever!  Simple tag with some camouflage ribbon!

And here they all are.  Proof there was 62!!

Foxy...undefined

So last night at the end of the third quarter of the very boring super bowl I decided stamping would be a lot more fun then watching poor Broncos get smashed!  So I got out a new undefined kit and had a little fun.  Here is "who" I came up with:)
I can't say it's may normal color combo, but I think it works!  I am in love with the Fresh Prints paper stack in the occasions catty!  How cute are these polka dots?
