Artisan Wednesday Wow!

Welcome!!!  Here is another great week of the Artisan Wednesday Wow Blog hop!  As always there are some amazing projects for you to check out, so be sure to make it through all the blogs!  If you are coming over from Heather Summers blog I am sure you know what I am talking about.  

 Here is the card I came up with for this weeks hop.  I absolutely LOVE vellum and the change in texture it adds to a card.  Here I used vellum to create a simple pocket and added a strip of designer series paper and a bow tie to the outside.  Then I mad a flat(non-opening) card to slip inside.  I love how you can see the bow ties through!  

 And here is the card ...I used Early Espresso ink for the bow tie, and stamped it off four times to create the different color variation.

Cards and Cocktail

I had another great Cards and Cocktails class this month!  I always enjoy stamping with this group...they are so much fun!   

Here are the cards we made...

and since life has been a little crazy, I decided to do a little pinterest "shopping" and found a similar card to the first one.  

I wanted to use retiring sets, to give them a last chance, at least for a few I love.

And last but not least, even though fabulous florets is sticking around, I will miss the gossamer lace stamp!

Kyan Racine King

So as some of you know...and some of you may not, I have a good reason for my lack of posting lately!  Meet the newest addition to our family!  

Kyan Racine King, 7lb 15 oz, 21 1/2" .  He was born two weeks ago and is doing amazing!  

We are so blessed to have such a wonderful little( ok not so little) family! 

 

 Here is my three boys!  Hanging out on the sofa...

 And little munchkin in daddy's arms!

I am doing my best to keep up with posting, but forgive me for not posting everyday!  We are still adjusting to having four kiddos, but I am sure things will fall in to place soon:)

Here is my project this month!  A scrapbook page of my (well three of my) little ones!  I used the "Best of Flowers" anniversay set for the flower.  Stamped a bunch of them and popped a few up!

Artisan Wednesday Wow!

 Welcome to another great week of Artisan Wednesday Wow Blog Hop!  If you are joining me from Heather Summers Blog...welcome!  Isn't she great?  If you didn't get a chance to check out her work be sure to swing all the way back around and do so!  

 So here is my sweet and simple card for today!  I love this little bow tie...It is just perfect for a Father's Day Card.  From the set "Dapper Dad" I stamped the bow tie in Gumball Green, Island Indigo and Midnight Muse, cut them out, popped them up and there you go!
